Augustin Rodriguez

I played Club around the So Cal area. Some of the teams I played for were Pats, Cal Heat, and Canyon Classic. In High School I played four years in Varsity, winning League My Freshman and Junior year. Freshman year I played for Pomona High and the other 3 years I played at Chino High. At Chino High I received 1st team all league 3 yrs in a row. Selected for All-Star game.

I played briefly for an affiliate team for Necaxa in Mexico (Cuatitlan) and In Monterrey for Petroleos Mexicanos, also an affiliate team for Tigres in Mexico. Returned to play college soccer for California Baptist University. I captained the team for three years in a row and was the only player in the school history to be named all G-Sac 4 years in a row.

A brief run through the MLS combines exposed me to several A-league teams and professional indoor soccer. I graduated with Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis in kinesiology and a minor in Spanish. I coached at CBU as an assistant for three years with Shayon Jalayer as the head coach. I decided to focus my efforts into the development of youth soccer in Southern California, currently coaching at Corona United Soccer Club.
