Another Successful Holiday Camp!January 1st, 2010Soccer Odyssey’s 3 Day Mini-Camp A Heralded Success Soccer Odyssey put on another Holiday Season Mini Camp for the players of the Corona area. Although the third day did bring in some showers, nothing was going to dampen the spirits of the Odyssey staff or its campers. Players ranging in age from 6-14 participated in the highly technical camp which focused primarily on ball mastery skills. Holiday Camp Moved To Eagle Glen ParkDecember 13th, 2009Due to maintenance issues surrounding the RCC soccer facility, Soccer Odyssey has moved the camp to Eagle Glen Park in Corona from December 28-30, 9:30am -12pm. Online registration is not available for this camp. Registration and payments will take place on December 28th from 9am-9:30am at the camp site. Please check back regularly for any changes. Holiday CampDecember 7th, 2009Soccer Odyssey To Hold 3 Day Holiday Mini Camp The dates for the holiday mini camp are set for December 28, 29, and 30. Keeping with the holiday spirit and the current economic climate, Soccer Odyssey is determined to provide our community with the same quality camp experience without the large price tag! This holiday’s camp will only cost each camper $60 to participate. The camp is currently set to take place at RCC-Norco’s new soccer facility from 9:30am-12pm daily. Don’t wait- register online with us now! Location, Location, Location!July 9th, 2009Soccer Odyssey Camp Summer Session 1 on July 20-24th, 5:30pm-8pm, will be held at the Riverside Community College Norco Campus. The million-dollar facility houses perhaps the best soccer facility in the Inland Empire which consists of a fenced in, 118 x 78 yd field turf game field and an 80 x 65 yd practice field. The site is currently being considered to host the 2009 W-League North American Championship. 2009 Soccer Odyssey Coaching StaffJune 18th, 2009Soccer Odyssey To Have Players From The US Womens National Team, Mexican Womens National Team, and the 2008 NCAA National Champions University Of North Carolina- heading the list of the Odyssey instructional staff during Session 1 July 20th-24th is Gold Medalist and National Team star Lauren Cheney. Iris Mora from the Mexican Womens National Team and Madeline Nikki Washington from the 2008 NCAA National College Cup Championship Team, North Carolina, are also slated to be in attendance. 2009 Summer Camp Times & Fees July 20-24, 5:30-8pm, Riverside Community College, Norco Campus: $150.00 July 27-31, 5:30-8pm, Temescal Canyon Water Treatment Plant No. 3: $150.00 Directions: Norco Campus of Riverside Community College-From 15 fwy exit second st. and go west to Hamner. On Hamner go north to third st. and go west. Follow to the very end and park in the last lot on the right. Directions: Temescal Water Treatment Plant- 15 fwy, exit Cajalco and head east to Temescal Canyon Rd. Turn right and take to first traffic light and make a U-turn. Head north on Temescal Canyon Rd.
